A Brief History of FIFM
Established in 2001, the Marrakech International Film Festival has become one of Africa’s premier cultural events, renowned for bringing together established filmmakers and new talents. The festival’s Étoile d’Or (Golden Star) has consistently honored outstanding films from across the globe, positioning the festival as a hub for cinematic innovation.
